「The staff were friendly - this hotel is set up different with separate buildings and no elevator but the room was clean and a taco Bell in parking lot in front of hotel was convenient for late night hunger.」

「Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service day after day. Just excuses on why they didn’t check it. Always had an excuse for everything. No a/c like advertised. No view of the bay unless you walk outside and go to the side of the building...

We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」
