“Decent place to stay”

“Positives were that staff were friendly and room was eventually ok. But it wasn't advertised with the booking that the pool was not available for kids and room heating didn't work”

“Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable.”

“The hotel boasts a pleasant location and a tranquil environment. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, with fresh linens provided regularly. The view from the hotel is remarkable. The staff members are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness. The cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant is excellent.”

“It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.”

“Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again.”

“Never I have I booked a hotel that doesn't have breakfast available, no staff even on duty until midday. We had to walk nearly 2 miles to a local shop just to buy breakfast things. “The hotel service is good and the environment is nice, but it is far away from windsor castle, need to drive 15 mins. The food though is very good.”

“Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there.”

“Breakfast 👍👍👍”

“My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!”

“The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight.”
