「Excellent facilities, you won't want to leave.」

「The hotel was disappointing and did not justify its price. Check-in was poorly handled, with staff assigning the wrong room, overlooking my requests for twin beds, and attempting to give me a partial sea-view room instead of the full sea-view room I booked. After waiting another 15 minutes, staff showed little concern or willingness to resolve the issue.

「It is a very peaceful place and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!」

「I spent a week here and I very satisfied with every things! Room is very clean and spacious and all the staffs are very hospitalized! We love this resort very much, hope we could come back soon. 」

「Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last.」

「Great stay and staff. They should have some Change for customers, thats the only concern. I’m」
