“No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered……

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. ”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

Located close to the airport and to my surprise walking distance to The Ross University Medical School, which is surrounded with amenities for everyone. Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in.
