「This property was incredible and surpassed all our expectations. The grounds are beautiful and our room was immaculate. Upon checking in, we were able to be added to a guided tour/hike of the Santa Ana volcano the next day, which we highly recommend. The restaurant had an amazing view and the food was some of the best we had on our entire trip. All the employees were so hospitable and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about Casa 1800!」

There was no way to contact the front desk unless you walked there yourself. We were told we could do an early check in, but when we arrived our room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. They had coffee grounds and supplies available in the room, but no coffee pot. When asked, we were advised the pot had been broken and they...

「We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great.」
