“Air conditioning too loud”

“Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.”

“Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. There is no handicapped parking here nor elevators, and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. So, we had to haul 2 suitcases, a large cooler, a dry-goods box, a backpack, 2 pillows and 2 bottles of wine up and down stairs in multiple trips. “We booked online and still had to wait 20min to check in because there was problems with bookings. The person checking us in said we can wait in the bar while he help othere guests but there was no one to help us.There was no hot water at that stage but someone was busy fixing it.
