"The registration process was difficult for me. I had great trouble sending them pics of my driver's license and another photo. I stayed there in 2023 and 2024, but they couldn't or would not use that info even though I have been at the same address and circumstances for the last 23 years. I only change is that I'm 2 years older. It was very frustrating."

"Two pools, and a private oceanfront beach. 5 stories of rooms in two "towers". Restaurant, Bar, and Spa on site. Room or Massage earns you access to the beach and two private beach chairs; a beach umbrella is a paid upgrade. Beach towels are provided. Free bottled waters, free fruit and muffins in the morning, free cookies in the evening. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice decor throughout. Coffee maker and refrigerator drawers in room. Private balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. We had not stayed with this chain of hotels before; but we will go back."

"Nettles island is a wonderful location to visit. Unfortunately, one of our party members is handicapped and we were not able to find a host with handicap accommodations. There was a struggle to get her in this location, but not at the host’s expense. We are owners and have handicapped availably based on our needs in our locations. Beyond this, our stay was exactly what we planned and we were satisfied with all other accommodations."

"This place is really nice and had everything that we needed. Very well stocked. The host was very responsive to any requests. Only two things that kept me from giving an excellent rating. One was the squeaky bed in one of the bedrooms and the awful shower heads in the upstairs bathrooms. Small fix that could have made our stay more enjoyable. Otherwise, I would recommend this property. A gas grill would have been appreciated instead of the Charcoal grill. But, the host did provide charcoal and lighter fluid which was appreciated. Gas grill is just my personal preference for ease of use."
