Great Price, Location and Comfort

Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area.

While the complex itself is older, the apartment has been updated and was very comfortable. The furnishings and appliances are new and we had everything we needed. The pool is nice and well kept and there is also an outdoor area with tables and chairs where you can relax. I would stay here again!

RiverWatch Apartments

What a lovely place. We evacuated from the west coast to the east coast to get away from Hurricane Milton and this place was really nice and friendly, Clean, Quiet and we had a enjoying stay. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a nice clean place to getaway for a day or week.

I would stay again.

Unfortunately fortunately when I arrived, someone was in the room assigned to me. Management was quick to re-assign me to a room I had previously stayed in (I preferred this room anyway). They also had issues with the room door code, but provided an alternative which was a tiny inconvenience. I like the location because of close proximity to the great restaurants, and beaches. Overall, I would stay at this place again.
