“Great view from my room. Excellent service”

“Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage”

“Hotel is pretty nice. Offered welcome drink, and very rich breakfast. The place is like a garden, with many different flowers.”

“Had an incredible experience staying here and seeing it in person far exceeded what I expected from the photographs. The host was extremely helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so delicious and they have all the activities to book on sight making it a one stop shop. I couldn’t have had a better experience staying here. The host Priyantha even gave me his information to what’s app him with any questions or concerns. +94 773603723”

“I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. Mountbatten appealed to me for its heritage positioning and proximity to Kandy’s historical centre, and in many ways it delivered. Location & Atmosphere – 5★ The setting is exceptional: tranquil, elevated, surrounded by greenery, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful. Service – 5★ Warm, attentive and……

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere.

“Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy.”

“We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.”
