「Nice place to stay.」

「The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.」

「The room was the clean and the breakfast delicious. The pool was suppose to 6ft deep. I am 5'8" and the water level was shorter than I am. Also, I wish that the pool had lights inside the water area of the pool. Other than that, it was a maintained pool.」

「The staff is so nice. We’ve been staying a lot more in Springfield due to a pregnancy and they’ve been great. I can’t see us going anywhere else in Springfield.」

「The only thing I didn’t like was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the shower door was backwards」

「Place had a small to it. Had not been updated in years. Topped off with cockroach running across bed.」

「Amazing decor, Restaurant and bar in the lobby was over the top good. it was a sleeper for sure. Room bed was super comfortable and well appointed. We will see you again, hopefully soon!」

「Staff was great. Liz let us use the dining room to play games with my sons and nephew. Breakfast was great. Pool toys were great to use in pool.」
