"Had requested an upgrade w 2nd queen bed, arrived at room and it was not that, back to desk w luggage...got 2nd door unlocked for 2nd bed. Had maintenance knock on door and attempt to unlock twice...first try told them not requested, next time few hours later called desk...girl chuckled and said ..."

"For the price of the stay and output room type I expected better! We had an oceanfront room, which the view and beach access was great! Our flooring in our room was bubbling up all over. Shower was not working, so maintenance came quickly and was able to get the water to work, but no hot water! When ..."
