“The room is well equipped with a proper kitchen and other amenities. Staff was also very helpful.”

“Room was great, comfortable bed. Always provided fresh towels daily and were always willing to help. Special shout out to Byron, who drove us to and from the airport, very nice guy and very helpful.”

“EVERYTHING from the staff, location, grounds, and amenities were AMAZING! I can not say enough about this place! We had to leave after two nights for a family emergency and the staff helped us with everything! I was unable to get in charge with the golf cart company we rented from but the staff did. They booked excursions for us and even booked our sudden last minute flight home with tropic. We were late checking in by 4 days because of weather of Expedia tried charging us an additional $1000……

“Loved this place. My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days in January. Kayaks were available and my daughter went out towards the reef a couple times. Friendly dog was an added bonus. The only thing on the con list was barges would come in to the worksite nextdoor around 7 in the morning. It was very interesting but interrupted quiet sunrise watching. ”

“Beautiful property in the perfect location to enjoy Secret Beaches clean, clear beach. The cabana was lovely and comfortable even without air conditioning as the ocean breeze along with fans make sleep comfortable. ”

“My stay at La Beliza Resort was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded like we did at other places on the island. There was some sargassum along the beach, but it was everywhere across Ambergris Caye and thanks to the staff working to clean it up every day, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. “.Star – Absolutely Unacceptable I did not stay the night. I walked in, saw the conditions, and immediately left to book another hotel. The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The sofa was visibly dirty. There were toenail clippings on the stairwell steps, and you have to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage — no assistance, no warning. The entire property had an unpleasant odor. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The office area had dirty dishes just sitting on a……

“Pretty room. Kitchen was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Mosquitoes were fierce! It would have been nice to have shampoo and soap for the shower. Walkable to nice beach and restaurants. Would stay again.”
