“Check in was very smooth. Facility was very conviently located. Had some very nice areas to lounge and enjoy the outdoor weather. Good parking. Elevator was really nice. Rooms were very sound proof and we did not hear our neighbors or traffic noise.”

If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.”

“quiet and short walk to beach. small but big enough for 4. gave a 4 star because a few things were not working. bathroom outlet not working to dry hair and no mirrors in any other room to do this. coffee pot was not working. the door lock gave us a few issues. overall it was a nice place.”

“This place was super cozy, with lots of windows that let in tons of natural light. It’s really peaceful and relaxing. The owners are super friendly and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like a home away from home—and having the beach just steps away was the best bonus. I spent my mornings out on the beach and my afternoons relaxing in the condo with a book. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We had primarily pick this place because we brought our boat and wanted to leave it in the canal but had not power to charge our boat. The house had a completely clogged bathroom sink and the couch bed was filthy, but the worst off all is the air conditioning would stop working. We went out to look at the unit outside and the lines were froze/covered in ice so we had to keep cutting the a/c off to let it thaw. Overall this was a bad experience for us, I hope they fix this issue because at least……

“We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday here in January. The house is gorgeous and we loved the location. We arrived just after a snowstorm which was unique and fun. House was clean with bed linens and towels available. Appliances all worked and location is convenient to stores and restaurants in Atlantic Beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed and spacious. The elevator is a huge plus, particularly for getting luggage (and aging parents) to the third floor. That said, we did encounter a……
