「Our family really enjoyed our time here and we felt that the house was very well cleaned. The community is a bit tight but it is very secure and well kept, the trash was picked up from the house every morning which was very nice. We did notice a few things that weren't completely functional such as the drying machine, some arcade games, a few other things. However, the minor things did not majorly inconvenience us and we really appreciated how nicely cleaned and arranged the home and pool area...

「We had a great time at the house and were very impressed with all the clean and comfortable beds. Pool area is nice especially during the summer. We had issues with the pool and the team sent out a pool guy within minutes to help fix. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities.Check in process was not intuitive. We wanted to go to the community pool to wait until check in but gate was difficult to find and instructions to get in were not sent until exactly 4pm at check in time. No control...

「I loved staying at this place. It was clean and very comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep every night thanks to the bedroom ceiling fans, comfortable bedding and blackout curtains. Kitchen appliances looked brand new, and it was nice to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms already since I forgot mine. It was very peaceful spending time on the enclosed deck overlooking the forest preserve. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「The check in was smooth although we had a mix up with the last names. Just a show of ids and everything's was taken care of. The home was as pictured. The only issue we had were the tvs in conjoined rooms didnt work. But we were having so much fun it wasnt a issue. One of my guest left a wallet and the owner unlocked the door for us with no problem. I would definitely choose this rental again.」

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Auch die Bäder waren sehr gut. Der Pool war etwas dreckig, aber in Ordnung.Unser Start war leider eine Katastrophe.
