“Every staff member was very nice! However, the description doesn't match the actual situation! They don't have laundry facilities at all, yet that's listed on the website. I hope they correct the information as soon as possible and stop misleading consumers.”

“The staff was the best this hotel had . The rooms are ok but don’t expect a safe box in your room for your valuables because there is none . The day I checked in the inside of my closet was wet with water my clean clothes got wet still don’t know why the air inside of my closet was wet . There are not proper water facilities only one washer and 3 dryers they did not work properly. The location was good many restaurants. Staff lack of English skills was a problem for me .”

“We have nothing to complain only compliments 👍👍👍 Breakfast is great and hotel is so peaceful. The young boy Siu-L makes us feel so welcoming. Definitely one of the best hotel we stayed for a long time. ”

“Staff could not speak English but did try to communicate through translation apps which we really appreciated. Standard ammenities. Room could be a bit more spacious and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, okay stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was excellent, very close to the subway, making it easy to get around. The owner speaks English and was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! We would happily come back again.”

“All was OK for the price.”

“Location 5/10 Staff 7/10 Cleanliness 7/10”

“Do not book this hotel on Expedia! The property did not appear on Amap or any other Chinese maps software. When we arrived at the property, it went under a different name, and we were told they didn’t have our booking information and that all rooms were full. Upon calling the phone number, we learned that this hotel was sold to a different owner. Essentially, this is a fake listing but will still take your money. DO NOT BOOK!!”
