「The staff were lovely and the area was great! We were by so many amazing pubs and restaurants! This was a wonderful home base to have for our stay in Belfast! It was close enough that we would often just go back to drop off our stuff and then go right on out. My wife had dropped her wedding ring down the drain and the staff was so helpful in getting that back to her!」

「Spot was great, near everything.
unfortunately, bed was super incomfortsble and old matress( you could feel the spings ) only 2 cups for a 2 day stay.
Littery was fine.
Super noisy!
People going in/out as if they were in the actual room. Could hear people talk on their phones. 」

「When we arrived we realized we hadn’t been sent any information on how to enter the property. It was downpouring and it took over two hours to figure out how to gain access to the place. We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. Supposedly we were upgraded but the room we were in looked exactly like what we had booked. The place was fine but...
