“The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”

“Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. There’s 25 parking spots right behind the……

“Had an issue with AC noise (Rm 108). Case was rattling. But it worked. Exceptional housekeeping. Well done ladies.”

“My family was traveling as a group with the family dog. We were able to reserve 3 rooms and accommodate the dog as well. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location if traveling to or thru Tulsa.”
