「The staff here is friendly, and the area is convenient. It's my first time in Greenville, but it's been a great experience」

「The staff was very polite and nice, The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue with the property is the gym and pool were closed when I stayed there. The property has a plack that says there were snack vending machines on the 3rd floor I went to look but there was none there. I asked the staff and they said they no longer have vending machines. I feel that is false advertising. 」

「Clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. How to turn the shower on was a little wonky and the tub drained slow but was ok. Breakfast was fantastic!! Would stay again. 」

「This was my first time staying at this property. Check in was at 3, but I didn't get there til about 8. I had no issues with checking in. There was always someone around. Didn't matter what time of night. The room was spacious and had everything you could want whether staying one night or several. Beds were comfortable, which is a big plus for me since I have back problems. The only issues that I had, which were not that big of deal for me, was I couldn't cast my phone to the TV to watch any...

「Hotel was exceptionally clean!! Room was very spacious and they came in every day for fresh towels. We reserved three rooms for family to attend our daughter graduation from Clemson. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating as well! Sometimes I think that the problem is not the staff and hotels but the people checking are!!! We need to be nicer to employees at these hotels because they work long hours. 」

「This is a great place, they were respectful of our service animal and sought to give us a room that ( although it was pet designated) would be clean and comfortable. We had the King room with sofa bed and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Awesome place!」

「Hotel location is excellent, and the WiFi is also good for its speed and way to access. There was a false fire alarm during my stay. The staff handled this situation pretty well. 」
