「Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

「Room was very clean. Rooms and hallways looked newly painted. Desk (night and morning) we’re very friendly!」

「The room smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. The room was dirty and filthy. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns. We killed a roach in the bedroom. This was by far the worst hotel. Housekeeper never showed up. Lamps had no light bulbs. I would not recommend staying here. My 6 year old looked at me and said, mama this hotel is terrible. 」

「Comfortable bed. Traffic noise was sufficiently contained. If you are looking for a clean place, decent bed, and don’t want to break the bank, this was a good choice.」

「The stopper in the sink was broke. The tub wasn't clean as it should have been upon arrival. The bed is not comfortable it was hard.」

「Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! 」
