“Great place”

“Great location, great view, nice stay.”

“Our “Ocean View” room was actually mostly a “Parking Lot” view room. It seemed like we heard every door in the hotel slam between 6:00am and 8:00am. The included breakfast was very disappointing, pretty much yogurt, oranges, and pastries, probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, it was cozy and charming and close to everything Mendocino. The room was clean but some aspects felt outdated like peeling paint and stains on the carpets. We would definitely stay again!”

“In the 31 years of all the traveling my wife and I have stayed in motels, this was the worst stay! The room was filthy, the tiles were popping up from the floor the shower is so tiny you can barely turn around! Definitely will never stay at this hotel ever again! Also the price of the room for the weekend was outrageous for how low the quality of the stay is! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. The bathed however needs a fan and the fireplace didnt work. It was summer so we didn't really need that anyhow. I'd definitely come again”

“View from balcony was spectacular. Proximity to seafood restaurants was really good. Staff was excellent. Room amenities were lacking (lights not working, water in shower dripping all night) but did not stop us from enjoying.”

“They are still renovating so a lot of the amenities weren't available yet. The property was in a nice location with a short walk to a beach.”

“The bathroom had mold in it and the sheets and towels and pillows had stains all over them. The staff was great and she was very sweet and upgraded our room just the place was very dirty.”
