"All in all, it was fine. A nice place, with a good breakfast. A couple of light fixtures didn't work or only partially worked. Due to a foot injury from hiking, this was one occasion when I wanted to watch live TV. With numerous remotes in the room, I was unable to turn the full system on (DirecTV). The one staff person on site was unable to help me. (He did try. Normally, not having live TV at such a place, in particular for a one-night stay, would be inconsequential.)"

"The room was clean and comfortable considering the age of the Motel. We thought the price was high. It was one of the only places in town that didn't require a 2 night minimum for a Saturday. Under our same circumstances, we would stay there again."

"The design is impeccable and by a famous architect - Olson Kundig. We enjoyed every detail of the building and how close it is to nature. Such a tranquil moment sitting on the patio looking out to the vast grassland and nearby mountains. Shower and bathroom are remote. Walking to them is easy. Food option is limited and you can’t cook, so come prepared with food. There is fridge and microwave in the hut."
