“5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had……

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the gate was closed and we were unable to get into the property. The telephone number listed at the entrance was not in service, so we had no way to contact anyone for assistance. After finally managing to get in touch with the owner nearly two hours later, we were asked if we still wanted to stay. By that point, the situation had already caused a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. Don't waste your time.……

“This property has some ongoing construction where they were noisy early in the morning which is not what we wanted hearing banging on the upper level while trying to relax on vacation. The property photos also made it look like they had beach front access with a sandy beach when in fact that was next doors beach and they only had water access like a patio. The room was well maintained and clean however the doors had huge gaps in the framing and the king bed was 2 twins pushed together which……
