I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. ”

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

“Very nice, asked for high floor and paid for sea view which was lovely. Very well equipped apartment. Only one thing they really need to improve is the lighting in the kitchen area, it’s dreadful, they just need to change the bulbs. One more really easy fix would also be to please move the long mirror from the side of the second fridge in the living room to the bedroom wall, as there’s no mirror in there and if there’s someone in the bathroom you have no mirror, but minor inconvenience. Loved it……
