「Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad. A little challenging for the elder who is mobility impaired, but otherwise great.」

One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bit of toilet paper and shampoo to get guests started, which would make the stay even more convenient.
