“Complete failure at security - worse failure at customer service. Shortly after checking in, a second group opened the door to our room. The front desk had rented it to both of us. That was a serious safety and security lapse. It also could have been humiliating for all involved if something else was happening in the room at the time. What made it worse was the response by the hotel. First, we got a call from the front desk questioning who we are, what we were doing in the room, and when we got……

“My daughter and I were on a week long road trip from California through Oregon when we randomly decided to stop at the Beachfront Inn. It wound up being one of the highlights of our trip! We were more than pleasantly surprised and had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Everything was clean and cozy! The view from our room overlooking the ocean was beautiful, but the infinity hot tub overlooking the sunset was the icing on the cake for us.……
