“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “We were there for the 4th of July celebration and everything in the hotel was perfect. It was the best location to watch the fireworks. They were right in front of us and they were tremendous!!! Everyone in the area is so friendly. The staff is so helpful and the breakfast is delicious. A beautiful calming place to stay and stay again!”
