We had the use of the hotel bikes for getting around which was greatThe room however smelt on cigarette smoke and it was a none smoking room. The air conditioning system left a very musty smell. It said on the screen service required. Still a very good stay"

"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。 施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。 もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。 この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"MAP was wrong, wrong, wrong! I used Safari It looks like hotel is RIGHT across the street from Dogo Onsen. This is the only reason I chose this hotel. It is not there, but 3-400 meters away. Hotel itself was great. Staff were very nice."
