“For the price, (£32) for a night it was spot on. All I wanted was a bit of tv a hot shower and a bed and all of that was available. Staff were very friendly, smart young people who seem to run a good little enterprise. Lively little pub with music on and football competing for noise. Tried to book again the following night but nothing left. Will definitely return. 15 minute walk from town centre.”

“This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient……

“The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable and in a good……

“Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport.”

“Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. ”
