"Very unique traditional onsen experience! Staff were very kind and helpful. Only stayed on night but it was perfect, very close to Yudanaka train station and Snow Monkey Park bus station, and only a mile walk from Shibu Hot Springs! Thank you very much. "

"The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. However the room is quite old and there is nothing happening at the hotel. No laundry machine, no vending machine. Guests are required to come back to the hotel by 11pm everyday as the main door will be closed by then. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. You can either choose breakfast at 8 or 8:30am. Also there’s nothing around the hotel, please make sure if the location is fine for your itinerary ."

"Staff was friendly and working hard. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely updated… but they’re fighting an uphill battle against an aging run down building with apparently a long-broken elevator for 6 floors. Great price on difficult to find lodging in the area."
