“The property is lovely, different and very attractive in the trees. The room was large and in a nice style. The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. Walking is easy to the Hells from there but far from the beach so a bus or car to there is needed. Lovely breakfast sandwiches delivered the night before was very nice indeed. Very comfortable bed. “The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.”

“I’m very disappointed with the onsen arrangement at this hotel. Although they got 3 pools, guests are only allowed to reserve 1, which is misleading. What’s the point of multiple pools if we can’t actually enjoy them? In a normal onsen hotel, guests can use the baths at least twice during their stay. However, this reservation system effectively limits us to just one session, which significantly reduces the experience. Some of the available slots even overlap with dinner time, forcing guests to……
