「Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...

「The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view! However, the property was quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to fully relax. Cleanliness was also an area that could use some improvement. While I appreciated the lovely scenery, a quieter atmosphere and more attention to housekeeping would have made the experience much more enjoyable.」

「The hotel itself is fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A maid cleans the room every day and did a good job.
However, no where in the description is there any mention of what is going on around the hotel. There is a building site adjacent to the hotel and major subway works happening at the front of the hotel.」
