「 My husband and I stayed here for our 32nd anniversary, and it did not disappoint our hopes for a unique experience. This is a beautiful home with a rich history. The host/owner gives a tour upon arrival and explains the history of the house and the surrounding area. Though most of the four rooms don't have a private bathroom, there is 2 1/2 shared ones, so you are never left feeling a lack of privacy. 「Staff was personable and knowledgeable. The hotel and room were very nice, though since this is such a an old hotel it was obvious certain areas required more upkeep than others (very old windows with antique glass). We've stayed in much less comfortable hotels for the same price or more, so all in all this is a great value. 」

「Just good down to earth folks. The house reminded me on my Grandma’s house. She died back in ‘05. Great for children and I good place to talk.」

「Beautiful views of Clam Beach and comfy beds! We stayed 3 nights and found the property well appointed. Beautiful hot tub and plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pit. This was our second stay there and we will definitely be back!」

「I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. 」
