「Not sure what happened within the past year but this year’s stay was less than desirable, obvious the room was not cleaned from previous guest, dirt all around the bathroom/bathtub, no clean towels & no toilet paper
The guest service gal was very rude like we were a bother , will not return, I’d actually like a refund!!!」
