「The room is adequate for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t suggest any longer than that. My partner and I stayed for 2 days (we added on a day at the last minute to experience Jacksonville longer, and so we wouldn’t have to re-check into a different hotel). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with us adding on this extra day, so 5-stars to that. 「Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. My room had an ocean view and great view of the pool and hot tub. When housekeeping came, she only cleaned the bathroom and replaced the towels. There was a spill in room and I asked the front desk to let housekeeping know so that the bedsheets could be changed and the trash taken out but they never showed up. Overall, it was a great stay!」

「The room and the property itself was good. It was clean and maintained. The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it.
