「The Tropical was a very pleasant surprise in Ibiza! By surprise I mean, for the price I paid I expected a much more basic hotel but the Tropical was lovely. The room was very modern and a good size, comfy bed, balcony overlooking the pool which was also very nice (a bit cold but that can be a good thing too). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The AC worked well for the hot days. The location is perfect, close to the west end party area, but not too close that it’s loud. Easy to walk to...

「No absolutely awful stay had to shut the door and slam it on every single room so whoever decided to leave would wake everybody up walls or paper thin you can hear poop slushing through the wall whenever somebody flushes the toilet, screaming and yelling all night had zero sleep the entire time that I stayed there wish somebody would have wrote a review like this so I would’ve known 」

「The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because...
