“I had a pretty great stay here but there are a few things I’d love to share that I saw other reviewers mentioned as well. For whatever reason our room did not have a functional AC unit, we had to inform the lobby and they instructed us they put in a ticket to get someone to turn it on however no one ever came or repaired it, the room was 71 degrees throughout our entire stay. Not very comfortable for sleeping - we could not open our window as it was crawling with critters and no screen. I’d like……

“This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke……
