"The staff were very attentive to any requests we had. The coffee maker we went to use was leaking and the staff brought a replacement coffee maker very promptly which we appreciated."

The peaceful riverside setting was stunning—we loved watching both the sunset and the sunrise from the property. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge before continuing our journey. "We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."
