"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."

"We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!"

The stuff didn't check with us , if we have flesh light, or if we have the means not to stay in our room in complete darkness. They didn't bring us candles or any emergency lights."
