「I stayed for 3 nights. The experience was good. The coffee maker was not working. But coffee was available in the lobby so did not make a difference. For some reason, the breakfast on the 3rd day was not as good. But the front desk people Ms.Ricknie and Michelle the older women were very nice, helpful, and friendly. At the valet Mr. Darnen was, really nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this property」

「All in all it was good, I slept great. I didn’t know our room/building was actually across the street from the hotel pool. And the cable TV was TERRIBLE, almost all the channels were fuzzy or didn’t come up.」

「I absolutely loved my two nights I stayed. First time to New Orleans. Kinda of a birthday present from my husband/pt. 2 honey moon. Great a/c, beautiful view of the park. Only thing I had a small issue was the shower head was a lil wonky. But hey. I'm not mad. I was able to take a decent shower. :) btw ladies the bathroom has plenty of counter space with a cute pullout! With of course a blowdryer! Full size shampoo and conditioner no 2 in 1 crap. Oh and it's all natural stuff!! Zero?? I can't...

「Great stay in a well-located, very well maintained property. Comfy bed & generous offerings at dinner and breakfast. The only negative was a very small room. Overall, would definitely recommend!」

「Overall, the hotel was very nice , staff very accommodating. It gave New Orleans. I like the fact that everything was pretty much local or close by. We literally were a block away from Bourbon Street. My only issue was the bathroom. I didn’t like the fact that the shower didn’t have a door so finish taking a shower you were stepping into a pool of water. 」

「Checking in was kind of weird because it was raining and we had to wait to park near the front of the hotel. We were also very surprised and kind of upset about there being no parking except for the $48 a night valet parking in the hotels garage. 」

「The staff was the best group of people that have ever served me at a hotel. They answered all of my questions with ease and went out of their way to be helpful. 」

「Overall it was a good stay. It is conveniently near Bourbon street but without all of the noise. It was so quiet I was shocked you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Be aware they do valet parking that’s roughly $50 a night with taxes. My only complaint was the overnight front desk was nowhere to be seen for 25 minutes. It was 2am. We were locked out of our room. Came to get help and waited for 25 minutes before she came back. The other worker at the little computer didn’t know where she went...
