「Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. 」

「Wonderful studio that overcame our expectations. Perfectly situated one step to the church and the ferry terminal. Madalena as such isn‘t spectacular, but a lovely little community. Very kind manager, easy to reach, no probs! Very pleased that it gave the possibility not to change towels every day and not to clean every day - eco responsible!」

「We had a truly lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner and her husband are without a doubt the sweetest people we met during our trip. On the morning of our departure, her husband even offered, completely on his own initiative, to drive us to the ferry. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare these days and deserves to be recognized. The place itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. 「The view, the surroundings, the pool!!! The house is very convenient and has everything you need! 」

「Un appartement parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, congélateur, fer à repasser…). Très bien équipé et propre. Un joli petit balcon avec une vue sur la marina et Pico. Idéalement situé pour profiter d’Horta. Une personne adorable à l’accueil et un prix imbattable pour couronner le tout ! Au top」

「We loved our stay at horta garden. We generally like to interact with locals and have peace and quiet so that we can rest after doing outdoor activities all day. Horta garden fit that explanation perfectly. The Cafe downstairs is convenient and there are tons of local food options close by. This hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the scuba diving shop and I thought it might be an issue, but honestly we loved the walk in the early mornings. 「Wunderschöner Garten mit Blick auf die Landebahn (Flughafen stört nicht, es landen nur wenige Flieger), super Frühstück mit selbst gemachtem Joghurt, Eier von eigenen Hühnern und sehr nettem Personal. Man könnte zu Fuß von Flughafen zu Unterkunft laufen, also sehr praktisch gelegen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. 」

La salle de bain (douche) comprend tout ce qu’il faut (savon, sèche-cheveux, serviettes…). 「House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...
