“I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“Property has potential, might need a management change though. Staff knew internet was not working before we booked the stay and didn’t tell us till after we took possession of the room. We stayed in the premium 2 bedroom suite. 1 TV had 4 channels to watch, 2 TV’s were unusable. I asked staff when the TV’s and internet would be working, they said they didn’t know as they called their internet provider over a week ago and the provider had not attended to fix the issue.
