「Conveniently located by the Turnpike, restaurants, and Wawa. Well kept facility with a great complementary breakfast and pleasant staff.」

「Staff were friendly, pools were nice, onsite dining was convenient. Room was clean but old. My sink wouldn’t drain, the faucet was leaking, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, even after maintenance was asked to fix it. Parking was pretty tight but spaces were available very far away from the door. Overall worked for our needs and I’d stay again. 」

「Located right next to King of Prussia mall. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and great for kids. The included morning breakfast is solid... usually scrambled eggs, french toast or apple pancakes, bacon or sausages, breakfast potatoes, and oatmeal. The TV's have Youtube and Netflix capability through your smartphone. Overall, solid hotel. My family always stays here when we visit King of Prussia or Philadelphia which is just 20-30 minutes away. 」

「Gap between Price and quality is too big」

「The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged...
