「Clean room, friendly staff」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was great. The complimentary breakfast was impeccable. I would stay again.」

「The owner Raj was rude, room had a smell that was unpleasant, furniture was stained, ice machine was broken, facilities overall were run down and not maintained properly. Left 2 days early and will never return or recommend」

「The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...
