“Loved the location and the venue. They were just in the middle of a bunch of renovation so it wasn't the most convenient to get around the hotel.”

“Room was clean, but small, no chair. View of the parking lot. The lounge area was good size, we enjoy playing the pools. That was all we can do at the hotel. Breakfast was just continental nothing much to rave about. Good nearby resturants. I only score what I score because the price we paid for was a bit too high for what the hotel has to offer, which was just a place to sleep.”

“The room itself was nice, it smelled good and there was plenty of space to unwind. We had been excited to use the advertised pool and bicycles but the pool was "under construction" the entire weekend and when we asked about using the bikes we were told that they hadn't built them yet and they were unusable. Had we have known we could not use the features we booked the room for we would have booked with a different hotel. It is unfortunate as the room was not cheap to begin with.”

“Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred. Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking……

“The sofabed was different from anything we used before and took a bit of figuring out. Instructions (preferably with images) would have been helpful. Nice and quiet. Conveniently located to the market, the town, and everything we needed.”
