“The location was not as close to Main Street as I had thought and the sidewalks were very uneven and stopped at times, so walking was a challenge. The suite was so nice though. Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The morning staff member was a little unfriendly, but other than that it was a great overnight stay. I’m not sure if it is a good value though since you do have to drive to the downtown area. I feel like the cost is more what it should be in the best areas.”

“The room was spacious enough, but on our first day, the TV wasn't working; we were told this was an issue in all the rooms. When I asked at the reception the next morning, they were completely unaware of the problem but promised to look into it. Naturally, we received no compensation. The TV was indeed fixed on the second day. I had also booked breakfast with the room, but the meal was poor and not worth the price. The selection was very limited, and the portions were far from satisfying.”

“The property is fairly new and the rooms are clean, modern, bright and spacious. The hotel itself is super clean and modern. The kitchen area where they service breakfast is very clean. The breakfast itself was delicious. We were shocked by the options they provide each day which is included as part of your stay. The location is fantastic and if you are able to walk up hills, you can walk to King Street and the town center.”

“The rooms are clean and okay. Our room had, light bulbs burned out, closet door would not close, shower curtain stuck on curtain rack. Only soap, shampoo and busted lotion bottle. The restaurant was not enjoyable because of the food quality/cooking was poor. Restaurant service was barely okay because we didn't get what we ordered. Very slow service. Hot tub was closed. Disappointed. Person who worked Ice Cream bar was disrespectful and downright hateful. The best thing is the beautiful……
