“AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. After standing outside in the humidity on the phone for over an hour, thankfully……

“The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day.”

“After flying for hours and taking a taxi to the resort, we were told by the front desk staff that we were scheduled to arrive the next day. I showed the itinerary and was then told they’d been trying to reach me but didn’t have my number. I found 1 message, which had been sent while we were on the plane. I asked for a manager, it took about 15 minutes for her to show up. After arguing about when I was supposed to arrive, she finally told me she doesn’t have my room because the air conditioning……

“We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.”
