We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location in Islamorada was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit……

“The property itself was well maintained overall, except for the beach. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I was raised in Miami and have spent my entire life visiting the Keys, so I understand the natural ecosystem and know seaweed can happen. However, many other hotels and resorts nearby had clean beaches, so this felt more like a lack of attention and cleanliness. My biggest issue was the room. “This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Room outdated and disgustingly dirty, the carpets, walls and doors all had marks, the furniture was dirty, the air con was noisy, mouldy and didnt operate properly. There were spiders in every corner. The bedside lamp only had one bulb instead of two. The outdoor screen area was broken and cracked. The hot water took forever to come out the noisy taps. The general outdoor area was didnt feel finished with wires poking out the walls etc. The……

“This is the worse booking I’ve ever made via Expedia. Room had active water damage and smelled of mold. Left the property 4 hours after checking in. No staff on duty after 6:00 PM. Came back the following day walked the room with the front desk person and showed her all of the issues I found. Requested a full refund for Expedia to tell me after a week that they couldn’t get in touch with a hotel they market and profit from. I lost a lot of money and my 25th wedding anniversary was ruined.”
