「I have stayed the hotel for 3 days. Some of clerks in the hotel speak awesome English and willing to help guests. The room is very very clean although it's surely a little small but the price is worth for a single traveler like me. The only cons for the hotel is breakfast is not as 'luxurious' as other pricey hotels. However there is a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. This hotel is a good place for exploring the Sapporo. 5 stars ! 」

「I try to contact Royal Heights Kikusui Station last week but have no reply. I believe there is a small battery shaver (Sanyo) left on the table in the room or in the bathroom or on the floor. If the house owner find it, please inform me and I will arrange my friend to pick it up/send it back. Thank you!」

「A 20-min-walking distance from the JR train station. Surroundings are mostly residential area with not many selections on shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel reception was friendly and the rooms were clean.」

「無人接觸旅館，但聯絡很即時，空間大又可以自行運用一些廚具烹煮食物，住宿很滿意，之後有機會會想再入住」

「とても綺麗で過ごしやすいですし、各部屋に暖房もあります。 ただ、リビングはエアコンのみなので寒いです。 床もひんやり、廊下もひんやりです。 寝室は毛布もありますし、暖房もあります。 」
