“The front desk staff and our waitress at the hotel restaurant (dinner) were friendly and helpful and patiently answered any questions that we had. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a blanket, which we got from the front desk when we got cold during the night. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom! ”

“Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.”

“We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing! This is the only hotel that offers ice cold water-in a pitcher-as well as cane sugar for the coffee that we have been to as of yet! My boys are very rambunctious but the staff handled them with care and compassion! Thank you for accommodating my boys and I!!”

“The room was great, and we liked that the pool was open late. The staff was nice, oh and there is a popcorn machine in the lobby. That was cute. Very nice hotel!”

“This place was disgusting, the room was filthy and frankly seemed like it was falling down . There was a HUGE PARTY going on in several adjoining rooms with all the doors opened and people all over. There was dirt and mud all over the walls, the bed had huge stains on it. We never stayed, we walked in , felt extremely unsafe and left. The Youngstown Air Force gaurd unit have put this place on their BLACKIST - that's how bad it is ”

“Our receptionist Heather is the best in the business. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She is a huge asset for Marriott. ”
