“The room was large and spotless. Refrigerator worked well. Staff helped me to book a scuba trip and checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. The bed was really comfortable. It took me a minute to figure out that the hot water in the shower was really hot and you had to use the cold water to give it pressure, but is was heaven after a long scuba day. I spent a lot of time in the hammock on the porch. Perfect location in the middle of the walking area of Placencia. ”

“Ummmm…. Where to begin. The property has a view like no other. However….its clean but not clean, it’s great but not great lol. The treehouse has great potential, definitely needs A/C we had a pretty rough sleep unless you’re use to the heat. Being from Canada we almost melted. It’s tidy and livable but definitely not clean. The bedding and towels were clean. But the toilet, fridge, sink, dishes and drying rack all needed a good wipe down. I was happy we had travel Lysol wipes to say the least.……

“This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. ”
